Kapembwa Shindano, (Non-Executive) has over 20 years’ extensive experience in Risk and Governance spurning across private and public entities. Kapembwa has held various Senior Management roles covering Banking, Regulation and Telecoms and is currently working for Zambia Telecommunications Company Limited (Zamtel) as Head of Internal Audit. He served as Head of Internal Audit at Citi Bank Zambia Limited where he was involved in various governance transformational projects and played a key in-country role supporting the Citigroup global Internal Audit transformation initiative affecting the function at global level across the Countries in which Citigroup operates. He served as Senior Manager – Internal Audit at Zambia National Commercial Bank (Zanaco) and was involved in restructuring the Internal Audit Division at Zambia National Commercial Bank Plc. He worked for the Zambia Revenue Authority as Internal Audit Manager – Information Systems.

Kapembwa owns 50% shares in ElitemsEastway Enterprises Ltd and currently serves on various Boards and Committees such as Standards and Ethics Chair for the Institute of Internal Auditors Zambia Board, Chair of the Ministry of Works and Supply Audit Committee, and Member of the Board Audit Committee of Mulungushi International Conference Center. He is also a member of the Technical Committee that is spearheading the drafting of the Internal Auditors Bill, which is expected to regulate Internal Auditors practicing in Zambia.

Kapembwais a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants FCCA), a Fellow of the Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants (FZICA), a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and Certified in Control Objectives for Information and related Technologies (COBIT) Foundation.

Muteba Ng’onga(Non-Executive) is a respected financial expert with vast experience in audit, finance and project consultancy and has over 25 years of experience in business planning and control. Has performed various due diligence and business reviews in many organisations. He is an expert in change management, human resource management, Information technology, financial management and reporting as well as corporate finance where he has raised over US$ 70 million for his employers and clients. Mutebaworks as aChief Financial Officer at Lamasat International and he is a sounding board to the Directors on a number of operational and strategic issues. He was a member of the Tax Appeals Tribunal (previously called Revenue Appeals Tribunal), he is a Director at Innovate Insurance and Treasurer and Vice Chairperson – Lwengu School PTA Committee.

Muteba started his professional career with PriceWaterhouse and later joined KPMG where he worked as Assistant Audit Manager before joining Industry and Commerce as Chief Accountant at Lonhro Cotton, Zambia’s largest cotton ginning company. He later served as Chief Accountant at British American Company, Zambia’s only cigarette manufacturer.He is a qualified Associated of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and he is a Fellow of the Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants.

Silas Mambwe is a founder of Mambwe, Siwila and Associates and is a Managing Partner of Mambwe, Siwila and Lisimba Advocates. Silas has extensive Boardroom experience and serves as an Honorary Secretary Midlands for Legal Practitioners for LAZ.The Committee’s mandate includes issuance and suspension of Practicing Certificates, hearing and determining complaints against members of LAZ, and generally enforcing the observance of Practice Rules by Practitioners.He has worked as a Senior Manager – Litigation for Zambia National Commercial Bank Plc (Zanaco), a leading Bank in Zambia which offers a full range of banking services to the public.

Silasholds a Bachelor of Laws and AHCZ is an advocate, Attorney and Solicitor at Law. He is a Public Notaries and Commissioner for Oaths.

Emmanuel Angomwile has more than ten (10) years growing and selling high-value crops and field crops. He also has more than seven (7) years’ experience in legume seed business and more than fifteen (15) years combined experience in risk management insurance, corporate finance and Treasury in a commercial bank, Non-Bank Financial Institutions Supervision and Regulation, and fixed income investments. Emmanuel serves as a member of the Harvest University Council where he it’s the Chairperson of the Finance Committee. He is also a board Chairperson of Dominion Commodities Limited, a private company that deals in commodities, such as industrial and heavy duty equipment, metals, agricultural products among others. Emmanuel also serves on the Interim board to oversee the establishment of the Bank of Zambia Staff Credit Union.
